Product after-sales service commitment and guarantee

To ensure high-quality service to customers, provide excellent products and services, and achieve the purpose of "serving customers, being responsible for customers, and satisfying customers", Panjin Fulong Anti corrosion Equipment Co., Ltd. solemnly promises:

1、 Adhere to the quality policy of "technology as the guide, quality as the main line, and reputation for development", actively introduce and promote new technologies, processes, and materials, improve product quality, take quality management as the core, and continuously improve the quality system on the basis of full participation in ensuring product quality.

2、 Continuously improve and strengthen quality management measures and testing methods. Strengthen employee training, strictly organize production and inspection according to industry standards and technical conditions stipulated in contracts, and ensure that unqualified products do not leave the factory.

3、 Ensure excellent pre-sales and after-sales service for customers.

1. Pre sales personnel provide detailed product performance and usage requirements to users, provide information, and act as good advisors.

2. Maintain regular active contact with users, clarify the situation, make preparations in all aspects, and have a clear understanding.

3. The quality warranty period for polyethylene series products is one year, and the quality warranty period for polypropylene series products is six months. When a quality failure occurs during the warranty period, our company will provide a clear response within 8 hours upon receiving a notification from the user requesting a solution to the problem that occurred during the use of the product. If on-site problem-solving is required, our company guarantees to dispatch professional technicians to provide technical services within 48 hours and solicit opinions from users on the quality of our products, services, and other aspects. Until the problem is solved, the technical personnel will not withdraw.  

4. Adhere to the production policy of "honoring contracts and maintaining reputation". If there are quality problems with the products sold, which are the responsibility of our factory, we will provide repair and replacement services, and strictly fulfill the compensation responsibilities stipulated in the contract; If it is caused by improper use by the user, our factory will provide repair.

4、 Provide technical training based on user needs, with the aim of customer satisfaction, track and investigate product quality and service effectiveness, continuously conduct user visits, determine new work goals, and continuously improve work quality.
